Every year, we celebrate National Safety Week from 4th March to 10th March, with the objective of increasing employee awareness related to Safety, Health & Environment (SH&E). Throughout the week, we conduct various activities such as display of posters, quizzes and relevant trainings to promote and strengthen safety culture at the workplace. The management’s decision to get certified for ISO 14001:2004 (Environment Management System) and OHSAS 18001:2007 (Health & Safety Management System) was a proactive one, which further strengthens our commitment to SH&E.
Through the Gender Diversity program, our vision is “To create an inclusive work environment where diverse teams from various backgrounds work together, different ideas flourish to achieve organizational goals, and where everyone feels safe and respected”. In the past few months, we have increased women in our company from a tiny 1% to approximately 10% of the total workforce. We are proud to say that we have women not only in our Management & Administration, but also in processes like Moulding & Inspection. To sustain this initiative, we have devised women-oriented HR policies and are building a strong culture for an inclusive workplace.
