- We use AutoCAD and Creo for mould and tool design.
- Mould material: OHNS, P-20, SS, H13 steel.
- Systematic mould storage for 1000+ parts with easy identification and handling.
- Tool History Card is maintained for each mould for periodic layout inspection and preventive maintenance.
